Dear Valentine......
IF I DON'T WRITE THIS DEAR VALENTINE LETTER RIGHT NOW THEN I MIGHT FORGET AND THAT WOULD BE AWFUL, let's do this.
So firstly, thank you very much for your time! I want to make it super clear from the outset that anything I say here is really a guideline, and I want you to ultimately follow whatever route feels right for you. I know it's a request and such, but I don't want this to be any more difficult for you than it needs to be! So anything suggested below is only to give you an idea of what I like. Ahhh...
But let's see...!
Revolutionary Girl Utena
I will write a Dear Valentine letter! But just vaguely here, Nanami is my particular favourite so my heart will sing to have anything that focuses on her. Honestly, though, I have a lot of time for this fandom and will be very glad with anyone. BUT MORE DETAILS AT THE ABOVE LINK O-K.
So yes, Nanami is indeed my very favourite character, so anything featuring her would be lovely. What if she (somehow) had possession of the Rose Bride for a time? What might have occured between here and Anthy? This could range from ridiculously silly to outright darkfic, though whatever happens it would be nice to play with the idea that Anthy is privately pulling the strings of whatever occurs. Because of course she is. Otherwise, anyone playing with Nanami's ridiculous naivety or gullible nature is fun. Anything that leaves her sexually confused and bewildered, hahaha.
So I say Nanami is my favourite, and now I imply that I want slightly bad things to happen to her. IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE SO. It doesn't even *have* to involve her, of course, I really love explorations of Anthy's character so anything touching on that would also be wonderful. And I know I didn't include her on my character list, but who doesn't love Utena herself? Utena is welcome too :(!
I still don't feel like I've been very helpful here, ahhh...

Will write a Valentine letter, but just here.... it might almost be easier to say which characters I *wouldn't* want fic about, hahaha, though I hesitate to say anything restrictive. I love the interlocked relationship between these four characters, though, and any take on this would be welcome. But letter, will elaborate there!
Simoun is just full of wonderful relationships, and it killed me a little not to be able to list Mamiina as a character option when I was making my request. I love so many pairings here, though regretably I'm not particularly fond of the two big ones - I don't like Aaeru very much, and Dominura/Limone is fine enough but not really any great favourite to me. So! I like!
- Paraietta/Neviril: Whether bittersweet and unrequited or something otherwise, I really love the long-standing relationship between these two. I love how Paraietta sees herself as protecting Neviril, but actually needs to be needed herself; that layering of how they depend on each other in different ways.
- Mamiina/Neviril: Just the huge contrast between how they start and where they finally end up makes me ship this. I would love something focusing on Mamiina's feelings toward Neviril and how they shift over time, from wanting to force herself onto Neviril as her 'pair' through to her gaining that very real love and respect for her. I do not know if fandom generally sees a romantic element with them, but I'd very much like to!
- Paraietta/Kaimu: These two are just so cute, and they each have such strong particular issues. I love the thought of them being able to enjoy and depend on one another as they work through those issues, both together and seperately. This could be set during the series or many years later - it really might be sweet to have something exploring them meeting up/being together however many years after the events of Simoun are done.
- Alti/Kaimu: W-well, these two also have things to work through. This could be treated somewhat as darkfic, or else something where they're both much more reconciled. I appreciate that not everyone will want to write incest, though, so do feel free to pass this one by entirely, ahhh.
- Anyone/Alti: Go wild! I like Alti a lot and she doesn't get too many romantic chances, so if you have any particular ideas then go right ahead with it! Could Paraietta/Kaimu/Alti actually work out....?
REALLY THOUGH, JUST ABOUT ANYONE/ANYONE IS OKAY, LOVE THIS CAST. ahhhh fgdhsjk

Letter at my journal! But Tekken is such a beautifully campy ridiculous sort of series that I would be delighted with about any combination. The natural pairs for me here would be the Williams sisters (though I appreciate not everyone will be interested in writing an incestuous relationship!) or Xiayou and Alisa, but I honestly love all these characters so much, hahaha, any combination could be fun. MY WRITE-UPS HAVE ALL BEEN USELESS, I'M SORRY, MY LETTER WILL BE MUCH BETTER.
Tekken: Blood Vengeance is largely to blame for this. It's not my fault that film did such wonderful things with the female characters. So!
For fluff, Xiayou and Alisa are perfect. Just cuteness playing with Alisa being a robot, totally acceptable (though if you wanted to write something kinkier, I'm sure that outrageous robot body could lend itself to something fun, hahaha). These two could be sleeping together or eating ice cream and I'd have the same "8) awww" reaction, I think, hahaha. And to think I didn't like Alisa much before...!
For something a bit rougher, Nina and Anna. I do appreciate that not everyone will be willing to write incest, and that's obviously totally fine! But if such does appeal to you, these two are just so outlandish and I love it, hahaha. A battle for dominance that walks the line between fighting and fucking sounds like a lot of fun. Or hell, let's just cross the line entirely, right? I-I can't help it, they are just so perfect for this sort of thing.......
Otherwise, again, most any silly combination is fine! Tekken has a very silly fluid canon, so you can really do wild and pair whoever you like. If you did want to conform to T:BV canon, that scene where Anna has Xiayou in that choke hold was kind of nice, c-cough, so if you wanted to write something with them that would be fine. Vastly unrelated, I really like Leo and Lili both, so either of them would also be welcome! Lili has that same slightly sadistic dominant streak as well, so she could be fun in that regard.

At any rate, rating wise, I'm really not too concerned. It can be all sex all the time or it can be pure fluff, just so long as it's quite a character driven piece. I don't mind dubcon or even noncon, so long as it isn't portrayed as particularly admirable, hahaha. I DON'T KNOW, I'M NOT VERY GOOD AT THESE LETTERS. I just have to apologise to you, whoever you are - I don't imagine this has been the most helpful letter. Thank you so much for putting the time and thought into this! Good luck with your writing! :>
