fire emblem is a lot and I have a simple mind, forgive me
More adventures in Pokémon Infinite Fusion! I know I need to make updates about Fire Emblem: Three Hopes (SO MUCH IS HAPPENING SO FAST?), but that requires me to maturely and intelligently put my thoughts into order, whereas updating about Infinite Fusion requires me to go "ahhh, my children, please look at them!!!', and that is much much easier. SO PLEASE LOOK AT MY CHILDREN
Sadly, I've been getting so caught up in my adventures that I've been forgetting to take screenshots, hahaha. So it's mostly Pokedex pictures this time!

Ratpip is here mostly because they're so adorable. But here is Squirtshrew as well! I was pretty delighted by the fact it was screaming, lmao. And he looks like he has a little beard, or like he's been quaffing from a bowl of milk!

It evolved into Warshrew! Who is in the PC at the moment, but I do want to see how he continues to evolve. I really like how his tail looks like a wave, it's such a great detail!

I was really excited about my hoppip noodle, but the evolution was very disappointing. Hoppip Ekans will always live on in my heart and my screenshots, though ;_;

this is just an excellent pigeon, lmao

SO MY RATRAN EVOLVED
You might remember from my first post that Ratran was my most favourite child, and I was so worried about evolving her. But I really love this too! I love Ratrina! And then I realised what the naming convention was heading toward and she has been named Rat Queen ever since because that is exactly what she is. She continues to do so much to get my team through, especially since I keep swapping new fusions in and out all the time.
I will confess that I tried a Moonstone on her, didn't like the result, and reloaded. Not quite the spirit of things, but I decided to see what would happen once the Raticate genes kicked in and then reassess. I was so wary though, because I really like how the purple looks for her. My Rat Queen, what might happen...

BUT ACTUALLY I LIKE THIS AS WELL!
I was definitely sad at first, because the Rattata & Nidorina combo had really really grown on me. But I like Raticate a lot as well, and I love the snarly attitude she exudes now! And her ratty lil tail! Her teeth look like they've overgrown, I need to get her something nice to chew on ;_; I love my Rat Queen, and I know I should evolve her but I love how she looks so much, wah. Although I do wonder what would happen if I used a DNA Reverser on her......
Around Vermillion City I encountered lots of great options for fusing. Pikachu, Meowth and Diglett all seem like excellent candidates! In fact:

Pikath is currently in my party! I don't even think of myself as a Pikachu fan, but those black and yellow feet with the red paw pads are just *chef's kiss*. SO CUTE.
Pikath has also been doing wonders for my survivability. I do not know how I ended up with a team of six part-poison type Pokemon, many of which also had grass typing, but I never claimed to be going into this with much strategy in mind. Regardless, introducing some type coverage via electric typing has really helped a lot. We'll see how long they stick around for!
As for Digletts, I made several silly combinations, but actually...

I think my Diglett & Diglett fusion might be my favourite, THERE ARE TWO OF THEM. I immediately nicknamed them Doublett, and they've been with me ever since. I want to see what'll happen when they evolve! HOW MANY DIGDIGS WILL THERE BE???

lol polish
But actually, this Poliwag & Oddish combo was very intriguing! It had a little lilypad bud on its head, I was so curious and excited to see where this might end up going! I wasn't completely sure whether I should be looking to evolve the Oddish part or the Poliwag part first, but evolution finally struck and I decided to let it happen. I was so nervous! Was the custom element just going to disappear, or was it going to bloom?

Here she is, pictured alongside a magnemite koffing because it was amazing, lmao
But yes! Not quite a blossoming lilypad, but I love the swirlies and I want to see what might happen next! She looks like she's got cinnamon rolls on her head so her nickname became Cinnaroll, hahaha. Should I angle toward Poliwrath, or Vileplume, though...? Or even Politoed? OH MY GOD, OR BELLOSSOM? I HAVE A SUN STONE. AHHHHH. okay, I think that decision is made. oh my god I'm so excited.

Finally, I was unsure what to do with my Bulbasaur for quite a while. It's a starter, it's not easy to get another one, I wanted to consider carefully! But then Zubat and Zubat fusions are always so cute, and I finally went for it. Then we got to the Ivysaur stage, and that's who you can see above! She got nicknamed Poison Ivy, and I love that her flower is purple, and she has no eyes, and her little fangs and wings, she's just so cute;; But she wanted to evolve. And I knew Golbat would be next. We can... I mean, we all know what Golbat looks like. I was legit nervous.

it could have been worse
